I vote normal but will play hardcore if thats what the people want. I wont even have to aim for the head 😉
Would have been better just to have 2 options! But anyway lets go for it. I have voted hc as it for me it best represents the original bf spirit…. Friendly fire on… None of this bullshit orange arrows above players heads telling you where to aim. Damage feels more realistic and pilots cant dominate so much as they dont have external view. Some will disagree… But i think it also attracts a more mature player in general.
If it is a public vote I voted for 1. Nowadays I can and do play both hc and normal, half a year ago it was all normal for meh ;). But as the majority of players tend to play/search on servers that have “like normal” settings on I vote for normal. If you get the server going again with reg’s like fe. me I think then you might try different settings. But wasnt it when I 1st started to play on your server: normal settings (full) then it went hc and it was quite empty lot of times I checked it out and at that time I didnt play hc at all.
2 servers aint an option ❓ ➡
Lets just scotch this myth right now. By the time we managed to get the server doing some hardcore time lots of xdc had got bored of the game and no one was seeding the server. You are comparing apples and oranges. Even so there was still some good games on it. If you prefer normal fine… But dont vote for it because the server might be busier. I really think thats bullshit.
Not to flame or anything Doc, but some didn’t play simply because it was hardcore. Some didn’t play previously because it wasn’t hardcore so same applies, but it wasn’t as simple as people getting bored, I personally just got pissed off at the argument.
I’ve obviously gone with normal in the vote though, however I’d still like to experiment between the modes and settings a bit more.
My preference is obviously Hardcore, however, above that preference is the ability to play on TS with people I know and like. I’d rather do that and play gaycore than play on my own on some German leet fuckin’ uber killer clan server. Ok, I tried it, and may have accidentally wiped out 6 of my own players by flying a helicopter into a crane, but the shouts of NOOB we’re a bit uncalled for.

We had a hardcore squad rush server a while back when a few of us were into that game mode. Still the Rolls Royce of BF modes IMHO.

if pushed i prefer hardcore…..68 players….close quarters…..whoulda thunk 😆
Wish we had our 18 total votes on ts each night. We’d not have this problem and could run two servers, one on each setting.
I don’t care, I just want to play with my mates in XDC.

How about now? As I only c us do some hc atm and AM being awesome shall we test it on hc with AM on and some shitstorm for Max?
