    I use the same workout that Chris Ryan recommended in that fitness book he wrote. Basically you spend 8 days without food, staggering around in a normally hot climate and occassionally drinking chemical pollutants that you mistook for a river. Honestly, the weight just drops off. So much in fact that you’ll probably need to see a doctor at the end of it. It’s called ‘The One That Got Away’.

    Andy McNab wrote a similar book called ‘Bravo 2 Zero’, but I don’t think he lost as much weight. And he had to eat shit as well.

    😕

    Surely 300ml of milk weighs more than 60g?

    Young Turks you are taking the piss surely 😕

    300ml = 30g
    1 ltr = 1kg

    As a child of the metric system that sould be second nature to you,
    Now if you had asked about
    peck, bushel, short ton, long ton & quart fair enough 🙄

    and besides – the system you are attempting to use is based on weight measurements of water – obviously 300ml of mercury or oil (or indeed … milk…) will weigh different amounts…

    Err 300ml of milk does weigh the same as 300ml of water,

    300ml of mercury is about 1.25 kg, its about 5 to 1 ish such a long time since I’ve worked with the stuff.

    I was refering to this

    300ml = 30g
    1 ltr = 1kg

    300ml would actually weigh 300g – and is therefore more than the 60g which MadMax stated.

    I think you got your sums wrong… under your system, 100g is 1kg…

    So you were agreeing with me – 300ml does weigh more than 60g! (as in 300g<60g!

    I fail to see your original point (I am after all a lowly tax dodger! [and enjoying this immensely!])

    I did try to do it in paint – but the white is not totally white – so you cant use the fill function – not got enough time at the moment to faff about with pen tools!
