Well I now have the *caugh* tbub verison *caugh* and bloody hell its a dam good game!!
Been playing the first missions on it and its fantastic! makes CNC look like its for kids!! plus I love WWII things!
So I reckon I will be out to the shops to buy this tomorrow so i can play online with you guys 🙂
Do we have list of ppl who are actively playing it? would be good to have some fun games 🙂

just vanilla bf1942 as i like it alot, not too fussed with DC although theres some classic maps on it!
Trying to remember but with maps the spawns are done on types of vehciles and so on with the actual vehicle being controlled by the mod? just wondering if you could use a dc map on bf1942 lol
anyway been playing on the RBK.de servers and there a battlebox el alamein one. love that map

I have about 8 as favouraites. found I have FH 0.65. but need 0.7 and its full install only 🙁

I played as =XDC= Mugworth on the RBK.de and the Battlebox El alamein ones. seen the husslers server, but no Husslers on it lol.
You just need BF1942 1.6 patch and then the 1.61 update. not sure if theres a full 1.61 update.
It is very good, much prefer it over BF2 and none of that ingame advertising rubbish in BF2142 lol.
I have DC final and installed it, but it crashes when loading map.
I prefer FH and BF1942 more tbh.
Have to download FH think its a couple of gigs?

Yep the skill of using arty in BF1942 was well done.
Loved that guided missile luancher on DC for BF1942 where you actually flied it sort of.
seeing ppl wonder wtf happened when they are driving along in their tank and it just blows up lol!
lol Yeah I was thinking that too, however if the ‘proper’ DC was ported to BF2 then it would be worth it. DC is much more and bigger than BF2 is lol
I play on the BattleBox 1.61 Pure servers
have all the nice vanilla maps, been playing it alot this last weekend.
It is still very good you know.I am looking forward to ET:QW as well.
