Given it’s a rip off of day z it will likely pick up a hardcore following, just from the day z crowd trying it. Can’t say i’m overwhelmed by excitmemt for this but it’s somethung to keep an eye on since it could potentially be a more polished game than day z is currently.
Hard to say mate, but as any character you create is linked to the ID file/CD Key for the game you might find a “public” version will already have been used or blocked. The only thing that could happen for trying though is a blacklisted IP I suppose 🙂
Well you can avoid them and go places which are in theory quieter, but you certainly need to keep your eyes peeled around balota airfield as much as in those two cities. I’ve been in and out of both cities a lot and while I hate it everytime, because it’s such a high risk activity, it’s not so much of an issue when you’ve just spawned and you need equipment. You just need to be alert and careful in managing zombie aggro.
Heading towards deer stands in the hills behind most of the southern coast towns is another option for you, although it’s a bit more time consuming. Zelenogorsk and Berizino are also two good alternative locations to trek to, but of course nowhere is 100% safe, as we had demonstrated yesterday.

Also incase you’re put off my max’s comments, this bundle is what’s required for the dayz mod.
For reference that last working version was 1.7.1.5. I haven’t checked how to apply the patches so i’d recommend downloading all the files available, though I have them myself already if needed.
Oh and no bother cc, see you next week and we’ll try not to eat all the sardines 🙂
UWhile the site i s up download the files to manually patch to last working version and we shshould be able to get on tonight.
Just a heads up for anyone trying this tonight, the patch issues appear to be persisting so if you have the older version, 1.7.1.5, don’t upgrade and tell us how you’re getting on.
There’s a hotfix planned for tonight for the new patch but who knows how effective it’ll be.
Not really when we looted it, there was an M16 I was able to pick up, but with no ammo I just left it there. It was more fun just having the jeep. Ben had smashed it up a little, but the loss was more my fault as I ran it full speed into an overturned truck, knocking a wheel off, and then getting myself swarmed by zombies.

I think for your first life you should probably iust spawn anywhere and get used to survival around some zombies, and die a few times, but if you want to be near us ben and me will be fairly close to solnichniy this evening which is one od the spawn points. You will likepy have to take the respawn option a few times before you get it.
