Anyway – call that a riot? I was in a proper riot a couple of months ago in Paris. Anti-capitalist march in the streets that went a bit wrong.
(I didn’t smash the car up myself.. honest guv!) 😈

Hopefully the more educated and more informed on here can explain to me what these people actually want ? They wish to be rid of capitalism but what would they replace it with ? They wish to save the World and give aid to African states, Gaza etc but have yet to cohesively explain where the funding would actually come from! They’re protesting about the damage to the enviroment but have set up plastic tents in Bishopsgate ?

This is the problem with the anti-capitalist movement – too many dispirate elements. i have often thought that if one very charismatic leader emerged to unite the fdifferent strands we would see some real change!
A basic underlying theme is wanting this…

But as i have said in other threads this is unachievable given current society.
I have a lot of sympathy for ‘ mini anarchists’ though! (Not small anarchists… just anarchists with a bit of realpolitik.)

Right… slight issue here. The update definitely helped the sensitivity of the screen a bit – but I found I didn’t have the other stuff I was looking for (ability to take pics with the front cam/ geotagging etc) Turns out I could only update to v11.0.009 when the v20 has been out for over a month now. Really annoying as on contacting Nokia it seems that updates are staggered according to what product code you have on your phone… so some phones still can’t update their phones even though other people with the same phones have updated AGES ago.
Pissed off – but will just have to be patient I guess.
Insane have you tried ripping movies onto yours? How easy was it/ what software / codecs did you use?

Deffo need to update the firmware m8 – really helps a lot of issues – got a huge changelog. Download nokia updater from the website then plug in your phone and go. only slight risk is a power cut while you are flashing the phone which will turn it into a brick 😆
Only gripe i have so far is the scroll function on the internet pages… works but it isn’t as smooth as the Iphone. Thats the difference between a capacitive and resistive touch screen I guess… but Id rather save the 200 quid and have a fully featured phone like this than an overpriced lady boys phone from apple.
LOL – you were right turks – but the recent firmware update has ironed out all the little annoyances – smooth as now.
BTW why aint you on COH with me?

Controller? You can use any controller! You dont need that little mini console thing – just use your PC and play the latest games with max frame rates without having to worry about upgrading your hardware every 6 months.
Dont know how they got the compresion technology to work though… seems too good to be true!
Bah body boarding is gay – get a surf lesson when you are down there mate! Had a look at the cam just now – looks a bit sloppy – even for bodyboarding. Nice spot though.

Don’t know if y’all realise – but with the vaccination of all the young ladies in the UK that is being implemented just now against the 2 main types of HPV virus that cause cervical cancer we might actually make this a disease of the past. Go medical science! 😀
