Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! This game is sooooo fucking frustrating. I love it and hate it at the same time.

Basically its a mix of serious sam style FPS with very basic RTS elements thrown in. The best bit is the humour of the cut scenes – though some of these are a bit patchy in their implementation.

After my initial pleasure playing it I soon found some VERY annoying aspects. The worst of which being that you cant save games at all… unbelievable. This…. along with the fact that every so often you come across a game ruining bug means that you could spend 20 minutes doing a mission over and over again before finally making it through to the next level.

I nearly gave up on the final level of the Mech chapter because of a very stupid bug that kept fucking up the game…. but eventually I won through after much gnashing of teeth.

If you plan to get this game download the unofficial graphics revision patch and giants hook patch to fix some of the bugs.

Overall 7/10

Should hold me till the next total war game 🙂
