For £7 he should at least have proof of postage – I assume he at least sent it recorded delivery. It may not be insured, but at least there is proof it went to the post office.
Find out off him the exact type of postage he used.
Yeh, thats what the 10 day thing is… He said he posted it 4 days ago when I called him, so it could just be taking its time… basically if its not here on friday (he fucked up the payment so will give him an extra day) then Im doing the complaints thing, and never using the fucking site again!
Fook me £7 for delivery and its still not arrived.. I’ve sent McQueens ext HDD back to him special delivery guaranteed next day delivery for that! and that weighs lots more!

One of my neighbours brough a Mac Powerbook over ebay a few years back and (surprise, surprise) it never turned up. She paid £700 for the priviledge.
Having said that, a mad French bloke who I used to work with brought a Plymouth Prowler from America over ebay for £12000, and that turned up.

I always thought that if goods got lost in the post it was up to the sender to contact the delivery co for compensation.
So in short, he is obliged to pay you back and contact the postal co. himself isn’t he?
Must admit i’m not a big fan of e-bay i know of the scams that go on there, though i did by a Gamecube off there (luckily guy lived in stafford so i picked it up myself)
have also brought a Gamecube game off E-bay and even though the guy didn’t respond to any messages i posted he did send the item out as soon as the money arrived to him.
As for the orginal question about getting a PSP, it depends. Personally as a hand held gaming machine there “ok” most the games out for it are just PS2 Cut down ports which isn’t totally great. The PSP stronge point is the fact its a media device, personally they should market it as a media device that can play games, rather than a games machine that does media stuff.
If you want a hand held gaming machine Nintendo DS is it, its purely gaming and does what it sets out to do really well, yes ok the graphics etc arn’t top notch compared to a PSP but Nintendo DS i think personally wins over the PSP as a gaming machine.
Note: i do have both machines (got my PSP free with a moblie phone contract 😉 ) and i find the PSP i use more for watching videos and music rather than gaming. DS i use for gaming 😉 since thats what its ment to do 🙂
Also for getting your item, you have the choice of going thru Paypal/Ebay/postoffice compensation etc. or you could just find the guys address from the details you got and tell him your coming round with 5 other blokes to “collect the PSP or the money” let it be his choice

DS = Gaming + Education.. its like a SNES/SpeakandSpell/Calculator/mavis Beacons how to use a stylus all roled into 1
MP3 Player = Music .. Anyone who uses a cumbersome PSP for music needs there stomach pumping of man goo!
FILMS.. Well who the funk watches films on a tiny ass screen.. unless its “Art” of course.. but its not like a fooking 1 n a half hour film, just straight to the Money shot! 🙂Just my thoughts 🙂
