oh well embrace the inevitable, can’t say I’m surprised. New keeper and new formation for a vital game like that….mind you Robinson has been poo and if he had played and had a howler, everyone would have been asking why McLaren didn’t have the nuts to drop him. It was the 4-5-1 formation that hurt, he’s played 4-4-2 in the 5 games that we won 3-0, probably should have stuck with that, but I can’t preach cos I wasn’t sure yesterday what formation I would go for given that Frank, Barry and Gerrard are all playing well and Defoe and Bent are not.

On the night, you need bottle and Bridge didn’t have it, Frank went missing, and the keeper had a mare – but the whole campaign was a struggle, losing to Croatia and drawing with Macedonia, then losing our last 2 games – are we really that good anyway? If McLaren can’t get them up for it, surely Venables can, he’s the assistant coach isn’t he?

can’t wait for the World Cup….

Mouse I can barely picture the sheer amount of ‘let rip’ tokens you could earn by playing any online PC game based on the modern day military just badly enough so as to reel in spotty geeksters by the hundred lining up to call you a n00b, oh the irony…..

it sorted the mouse out, plus a host of other minor niggles. On a positive note this is a very impressive game and well worth picking up, so much thought has gone into pulling away from a standard mundane FPS experience. Atmospheric, jaw dropping GFX and sound. There are so many toys to deal with the enemies it’s astounding. Have nearly had a few dark, late night headphone, pant splitting heart attacks when the spider splicers drop behind you and just wait for you to turn around and frighten the shite out of you, nice touch….even though it nearly killed me…more than once.
