Ive noticed today that with many the servers Czech and German servers going to v1.05, there’s a much larger variety in missions to play. Of course it does mean that now we have servers full of languages I’ve never heard of, like German.

The 505 produced version is the one that was released retail on 16th Feb in the UK. Same day I think as French etc. All of these have version 1.04. All of these require the smaller Euro patch to 1.05
The Czech and German versions need the International patch.
My d/l timed out…. should have left it running at work bleh. Got my Radeon to install now. laterz 🙂
THis should be a good weekend. My new vidcard has arrived and the patch is here. Hope to get a good session with some XDC chums phwooaarr
If you’ve got the UK (French, Italian, Spanish etc) release, go for the Euro version.
The Euro version readme says: –

Yeah, it wasn’t so much that to be honest Fenix – I do find the all the naffing about with the AI modes and having to connect/re-connect from the lobby just to respawn a bit of a downer on it all as well.
It’s an addon that’s crying out to be written, to standardise the spawning. It’s bizarre, for sure… Superstitions arise… I have a lvl40 amulet that usually lets me respawn. 8)

for news.I’m playing without AA on a 6600GT 256MB and it’s not bad at all, really. I keep wondering why I felt the need to fork out for a new video card (it’s in Sheffield sat in a van and should be here by 8pm)
I’ve enjoyed coop but do look forward to some immense intense clan play 8).

Don’t be too harsh, SOIA. One time, I was afk a while on the phone. By the time I came back, the first obj had been cleared and everyone was 2km up the road havin’ a tank fight.
The only vehicle was a jeep with two tyres shot out… I decided to join the fray on foot. Hadn’t gone 200m before I came across Line lying there towards the edge of the road quietly watching me. His legs were shot out and there was a puppy-dog look in his eyes. I laughed and ran on.
Actually, after calling ahead and confirming/requesting that the medical tent be left intact, I fetched the dodgy jeep and let Line have fun with the flat tyres and driving me to the next town and to medical assistance. To seem him bounding around like his old self brought tears to my eye, I can tell you.
