the bbc cant be trusted with sci fi – they drop it from the schedules at the drop of a hat – i mean ffs doctor who for eurovision!! ffs they have hundreds of digital channels put that shit on there

Anyway, another non-mastebatory way of getting back some of that good natured optimism that I’ve lost over the years was to download a couple of movies that I loved when I was a kid. These were ‘Starchaser: The Legend of Orin’ and ‘Ice Pirates’.
I remember them being ‘brill’, but time had changed that into ‘a good laugh’. Starchaser is an animated movie, much like He Man in appearance, but pretty good fun, especially if you’ve got kids and want to watch something with them. Ice Pirates is good too, if you can cope with extreme spandex usage, but is much funnier than I recall and has Ron Perlman as a short comedy sidekick (!?!?!?!?!!)

ps on a gneral note – we are almost at the point of release for version 3 of phpbb which will will upgrade to – this had the ability to set people as enemies and ignore posts etc
if anyone can point me to a reliable and secure method i will install it but i have looked and cant find jack
