I preferred the old one, is there a way I can change my settings to make it look more like the old one?
I like to hold a book as I read it, I have never really managed to read much of anything online, I always end up printing things out.

Oh bum, I thought I’d got the 9 cell battery in both – so I’ll be changing that lol, they’ll both have 9 cell as I’m sick of crappy batteries.

Excellent book, I watched the film for the first time a few weeks ago, and despite the male full frontal nudity it was still a bloody depressing film. It makes me want to read Animal Farm again – but I don’t ever want to watch that film! Is it really a film, or an urban myth?

However, if this is at all recoverable I’d like to try and fix it – a girl can never have too may computers 😀
We found a pretty decent one in my garden last year, I think some nob had been bouncing on my trampoline in the middle of the night when he was pissed, so it served him right. Vic took it, so I don’t know what it was or anything about it, but he got all excited, bless…
Thanks for all the suggestions, unfortunately I got a blue screen just before the end of the reformat again so I’m going to give Knoppix a go 🙂 I’m too tired tonight, so I’ll give it a go tomorrow. Cheers Stan xx
Ahhhh ffs Now, after refusing to do anything all day, it has decided to allow me to reformat.
What tests can I run on it to see what the f its problem is?
