Clover is used commonly on “fallow fields” to regenerate the nitrates in the soil. It is generally on these fields that cows would be allowed to graze (they also add to the soil in their manure). Hence the association between clover and butter.
Having read this in an hour or two I can safely say that more could be learned from purposefully burning yourself with matches, or slamming your finger in a door, than could ever possibly be extracted from this book. I have seen self-help pamphlets that contain infinitely more salient and coherent information.
I feel somewhat comforted by the knowledge that, due to the vapid content of the book and recently televised unsubstantiated comments by the author, Lawrence will now congeal unnoticed in American suburbia.

WEll then insane, I think you’ll find having a man in my avatar is no indication of my sexuality, I have a very stable heterosexual relationship at the moment, so say all you want. A sense of humour is objectiaonable so I will only go sa far as to say mine is impeccable and yours is old fashioned and not with the Zeitgeist. Coincidentally, I like old humour as well, I can just see beyond your definition of humour and extend it.
