congrats fella. Speaking as someone who only passed their test recently (two and a bit years ago) I can tell you it’s true what they say, this is where the learning begins. Drive safe and remember that just because you’ve passe doesn’t make you a good driver, just a competent one!

It’s guns with no moving parts, basically it’s electronically initiated firing of bullets which, they claim, leads to greater reliability (no moving parts), greater versatility (not limited to how and where to put moving parts for triggers so can have much greater diversity of configuration) greater control over rate of fire, as well as increased rate of fire over normal weapons systems, remote operation, etc.
Basically it’s better than mechanical weapons.
