It works apparently. They had a few people on the radio saying that they had there money back.
The only downside to it all was that one of the guys had his acc closed by the bank after he had his money back.But still it only costs the robbing bastards maximum of £5 for bounced checks/direct debits but they still change you £20 to £30.

hehe, i see what you did there………well i agree, i hope they pay for what they have done, in fact i may dig out all my statements and cheque out any costs i may have been charged.
Going through this at the moment. At the 1st stage where I need to wait up to 40 days for them to send me details of all charges…expecting a mini-epic through my door anytime now (Any charges within 6 yrs you can claim back!) Got another 20ish days to give them yet.
