You you do seem to have a knack for catching bullets with your head. On the up side you did manage to knife me a fair few times out of the blue!

Unfortunatley theres no TS at all as i havent worked out how to capture it with my current setup. I think the only way I could do it is to record comms directly through TS and sync it up afterwards which is a bit of a pain.
Yeah i do agree that 3D spotting makes it really easy for anybody in a chopper to see and kill ground troops but it is also turned on with all the populated servers. Maybe once we’ve got a good amount of regular players we could try turning things like that off and see how it effects the server population but at the moment we need to to everthing we can to encorage people to play on it at all.
Also, i’ve uploaded the fraps footage i capture the other night if anybodys interested. Its unedited and pretty long but also packed with glorious headshots 😈
Yeah thats the one. I’m not doing bad then, i’m down to 800mb for 30mins and the quality is really decent. Think i’ll just upload it as is
I’ll look into that. At the moment i’ve just encoded the vid with handbreak and tacked all the files together into a single mp4 using something called avidemux which worked well.
What was the file size of the recent video you uploaded?
Yeah was a good game. I fraps’d most of it, not sure what i’m gona do with it yet though as i dont have any editing software at the moment. Might just upload it as is.
Might be worth putting 3D spotting on as well? I don’t mind it off but all of the populated servers seem to use it and i think its what most people would be used to. Having it off is just another thing that might turn randoms away.
I played it for a bit and wasn’t too impressed with it tbh. At the start everyone jumps in the first vehicle they see and just drives it off without waiting for anybody else so half the team ends up stranded.
The tank destoyers are pretty cool though.
Some great games last night. I know we’re trying to populate the server but i’m really liking these smaller games with us all on TS. Was nice to have my mic up and running 8)
Might be an idea to try and balance the teams a bit better as they were pretty stacked at some points last night and theres nothing that puts people off more then stacked teams. I’ve noticed servers running some sort of script that shuffles teams for the next round if the ticket difference gets too high which works pretty well. No idea how hard that sort of stuff is to impliment though.
Yeah you do but its not too bad if you have other medics on your squad. I was using the Mass just for the assignment at first but decided to keep it as i found it really useful. The G3 with the scope sucks up close so its nice to have that as an option.
I suppose you could try one of the auto sidearms instead and keep the medi pack.
I’ve been using that today with the underslung shotgun and it kicks arse! Feels a lot like the SKS but with less recoil.
