I’d defo contribute. The last two weeks from around 10:30 till 3am most nights Paddy, Spunker, Doc, Cognac and myself have been playing Squad Rush and Deathmatch. Having our own server would rock the kahsbah!
We shouldn’t vote on something until we’ve tested it’s affects first, and we all know what we’re voting for.
I think a happy medium is Hardcore OFF, FF ON. One night a week to see if there are any adverse effects to either the server or the regular players. Of course, unless the majority vote against.
If not Hardcore, what about in the future just putting on FF? Or how about another thread with one of them votey thingys? I personally don’t mind if we have hardcore or not, but I prefer FF to be on. Either way its all good!

Maniac, what machine you playing BF3 on and how well is it coping with it? Is it at full res or windowed?
27″ 3.4GHZ i7 (AMD Radeon HD6970HD 2Gb)
Playing under bootcamp in full screen Ultra. The only issues I had was running 32bit version of Win 7 and getting the right drivers for the GFX card, so at the start I had to lower my resolution and play on High settings. Now running beautifully in Ultra with everything MAX’d out. 😀
I reckon I could get the game running reasonably well on my 25′ 3.06ghz Dual core, as I meet the min. specs. (Not on Ultra obviously) but that machine also has a fairly meaty GFX card.
You play on a MAC? Well I’ll be.. Your my main target now fella muhahahaha
Yup. I lower myself to running win 7 for a few hours a night to play BF3. Sometimes you have to slum it. 😆
