Yeah I know what you mean and the possibility of this happening. However I dont see a problem to call a few friends if necessary. As I said the match will be friendly, the main idea is to have fun and make new friends while maintaining some of that competitive spirit which makes the game even more enjoyable.
Btw I am also talking to some quite large gaming communities in regards to such friendly events. So if we enjoy playing together, in the future me might even fill a 54+ slot server against one of those platoons. ^_^ (e.g. something like XDC and 04B vs (the named platoon))
As for our player base. The majority of our members are playing battlefield since bf1942. Personally I was big bf1942 junkie back in the days, I also played Vietnam and some bf2142. However, I started playing again (more regularly) since the release of BC2.
Anyway, I hope that we will be able to organize a match like that and have some epic fun ^_^.
