I got one of these for my son for Christmas. They have an offer on whereby if you get your friend to buy an XBOX 360 both you and your friend get 10 free Xbox Arcade games to download. Ok, so I’ve bought one, now who wants to be my friend? We’ll pretend you persuaded me to get one, send me your serial number, name and address and I’ll get the from filled in and we’ll get free games 😀

If I was to be picky your paying £3.41 for the extra month as its only £34.99 for 12 on Play.com, works out about £2.91 a month for 12months

Can’t you get Live Arcade games without a paid up gold account anyway Insane? Should be able to get them on the free silver account I think.
Here’s a question though – what exactly does your Xbox gamerscore do? Do you get anything free if you get so many points or is it just some pointless ego stroking ranking system for cretins and shitsticks?
Arcade demos are free, the actually games you need points for, but yeah i think u can access them without gold, never tried mind,
i dont think the gamerscore does anything, u can check peoples stats on points and what games theyve got the most points in etc, but im sure there are some kind of competitions of leaderboards etc

I believe the gamerscore is as you described.. a kind of Stats thing.. for the madmax’s, messys and ryzo’s of the world 🙂
lol if only mine wer higher, dont rlly use my xbox enough to get a high gamer score, its like 950 i think, and 700-800 of them are halo 3 :lol:, until assasins creed that is 😉
