    It’s slang for Amazulu, a popular (almost) all girl ska and new wave band from the 1980’s, whose hits included; Too Good to Be Forgotten, Don’t You Just Know it and Exciteable. Here’s one of their albums:

    Like I said, all things being equal, it’ll run ok on yours.

    If I feel brave I’ll try my machine with different RAM and video card combinations to try and quantify things.
