This came completely out of the blue it seems as there was no patch today that I was aware of, however right now the 3rd continent is available.
There was actually a patch today afterall which I didn’t notice (probably loaded client and went afk), but it’s 3gb and contains a few notable changes. Not sure how official this thread is but it seems accurate enough from what I’ve seen this evening.
