We are pleased to announce that our new Ticketing system is almost ready to accept reports from the BF2 Community. Our aim with the introduction of this system is to assist
our staff process all reported players/admins/servers more efficiently.Ticket System Benefits to the Community:
– All tickets will be investigated in detail and where the provided information warrants a
submission to EA, it will be done via this system.
– Each ticket will have a unique ID which the reporter will recieve after they have submitted
their report.
– Simplified Reporting Form to capture Key information required by our staff to carry out their investigations.

In order to maintain the ticketing sytem we require that anyone who wishes to create a new ticket registers with our forums (click Register Button below). once you are registered with the Forum you will be able to create an new Ticket.The system is Live now and can ready to accept reports.
This system has been written in house from the ground up with nearly a years worth of develoment time involved.
The idea behind the system was to make it much easier to report players,Servers, Server Admins for cheating ,running servers and rule that are in violation to EA’s RoE.
This means that we do not have a millions of pages of reports on the forums to sift through. In addition EA Customer Services staff have access to the system and can take tickets directly from the system for further investigation.
