Ie – menue on the side, and then info below… (have taken shot half way down the page)

and I would say move the blog thing at the bottom – it should be in a testomonials part if anything… seems too personal otherwise.

For me, there are too many options in the left hand side – perhaps more general themes, and then more options branching from there…

I always find gift finder type things useful too – drop down meuns limiting the available options:

Gift for: Man, Woman, Dead person, alive person etc
    Price: range
    etc etc

And I would put the basket price details at the top somewhere… it seems a bit tagged on at the bottom.

Overall though, it looks great 🙂

Can’t see Turks screenshot, but in work we have IE6, and the “new products” part sits down below the main menu leaving a large white gap. IE 7 looks good though, nice work.

Just a few comments…in the menu bar, tiaras doesn’t need an apostrophe, and wrist corsages is the only category which isn’t capitalised.
In the feedback, when I hover over some of the names eg Allison Doherty, the feedback comes up with a list of what I assume is some sort of string instead of punctuation.
Sarah’s flowers is your main competition I think http://www.sarahsflowers.co.uk/, on a lot of the websites which I went to on the run up to my wedding Sarah’s flowers was used by a lot of people, and had great feedback and a lot of personal recommendations. It might be worthwhile joining a couple of the wedding forums and getting your name well known – good luck!
