    Soooo…. how do you do it? I have an awesome sword, but it has run out of batteries, and I can find any duracel to charge it with…

    find a mage that has a star icon when you talk to them.. Or failing that soul gems.

    I have the umbra now that has a capture soul magic on it.. I got crap loads of soul gems in my inverntory so i never run out of power.

    3 ways:
    Mages guild: expensive for every 1 slot you have to fill you have to pay one gold. So a weapon going over a 1000 easily goes over 1000 gold

    Soulgems: Get a soulcapture spell or a weapon with one and steal souls and use them to recharge

    Varla-like stones: In the ruines of the high elves (the ones shown on your map as a snowflake like thing) you sometimes find a different kind of varla stone with a worth of 1000 gold that will recharge every weapon in your inventory to full

    I got a couple of varla stones – gonna use up all me magic weapons before I use the stones as the mages guild cleans me out of cash to get em charged
