    Talk to the guy (injured fisherman) near the pub outside imperial city and do the fish quest. Whean ya give im the 12 scales he gives you a ring that lets you breath underwater (no more water breathing spells/potions)

    I have that to… I also have a pair of nifty daps that allows me to walk on water..

    Pfft the son of god has fark all on me 😛
