Totally agree with the stats assessment Wolf! They are fun but not to be taken at all seriously IMO; Unfortunately people get stat blind…

I think Wolf has done the right thing to talk about this…As I said in another post, I have no probs playing against better skilled players (pretty much any other player then), but it’s a question of fun and not-giving-a-toss play which is what XDC is about. At the moment I can forget certain things if I am on our server with Messy et al. :

1. Flying a plane.
2. Getting within farting distance of a medal.
3. Winning against them.
4. Headbutting a noobtoob back in their direction for a kill.
5. Getting in a tank.
6. Having as much fun as usual.

And as for them leaving TS, well I think it’s taking the piss to play on the server 24/7 but to run off to another TS because you have probs with someone in the clan whose server you are using. Either front up and discuss it, or get off the server IMO.

But to be honest, the real problem I have is that their style of playing is seriously pissing some peeps off, and those peeps happen to be in XDC and have been for years. We have to make a coherent decision about how we are going to handle this as a group, and stick to it. My loyalty is with XDC members when it comes to this…

Not to worry. We have a perfectly good opportunity here, seeing as Messy seems to have got the message and bugged out of TS. He knows some people in XDC aren’t too happy with him, so now would be a good time to have a word in his shell-like; tell him we were talking about this between ourselves, and while we don’t think a ban is the right way forward, maybe a little less plane whoring etc wouldn’t go amiss.

He obviously likes the server, and we like having him on if he is not being a total arse. Let him know that if people in XDC are leaving the game because of him then it is unacceptable and at the end of the day it will be him leaving rather than XDC members. That should do the trick, and if not, then talk about banning.

Obviously Alzir should do this as it’s all his fault anyway.
