+ I’m very slowly learning not to press the “push to talk” button on those occasions as I don’t think shouting “cunt” down the microphone is very productive for the rest of my team 😛Think I’ve been getting more kills since I’m not using it. But I think that has more to do with the fact that everybody else it now at the same disadvantage 😉

the Devils advocate in me proposes that sometimes some of those aforementioned things can actually induce stress whilst playing! 😛
I don’t mind really unless it’s something completely exaggerated. As you said; its War and you need to adapt to stay alive. I actually love the fact that everytime I’m killed in a stupid situation I just give my monitor the finger 😆

My laptop has 8GB ram, not sure how easy it is to upgrade the Graphics card on a laptop though?
Then perhaps its the wifi setup but I cant help you much with that… or anything for that matter 😉
Pharty I’d recommend plenty of memory. I think all in all that made the biggest difference for me with regards to performance. I already had 4 but upgraded to 8. In fairness my new G card has 2 gig of memory also so I cant really use the lag excuse anymore.
Personally I think the irnv has been nerfed to oblivion. You cant see anything but green mist when theres someone 10 yards away from you in the tunnel on Metro so it has rendered the unlock completely pointless.
The Stingers have had a boost and the flares have been reduced. What has that led to? One hit get you down to 32% from a target that is pretty much impossible to spot and for some reason the range has increased. Also for some reason you dont always get the warning that something has tracked you or even been launched then BOOM you’re flying like a retard. IMHO they should have left all that as is. Some will be happy that the mortar takes an age to reload but on the upside for us bastards we at least get to see if we caused any dammage on the minimap. A new curious graphics thing im getting now is the occasional cartoonlike black outline in particular on draw distances. It feels like im in the film “a scanner darkly”hohoho Paddy. Of course Mike is only talking about the ciggy. I could always do some PS reconstructive surgery or give the Cig more shading (as its from an indoor photo with a flash) But I did only spend about 10 minutes on it as it was late and we were larking about on TS
