you will be able to use this code, however its only active for one person at a time, assuming spunker dosnt use his, your fine, the worst that would happen is a message saying “This CD Key is in use” if u tried to use it when someone else was, wouldnt worry mate, give it a shot.

Yup go into ur user security settings, u can turn it off, however, u get an annoying red sheild with a cross in ur system tray – this can also be turned off under ur control panel, its like “Dont Alert Me” or something, bit of searching and youll have it in no time.
