Just set the user to have local machine admin rights – your network remains protected. I.e. a local admin can’t see all the network or eff-about on other PC’s.
But the whole pop up and asking “Are you sure” thing is fucking useless as a security measure. Let’s face it, 99.9% of people will say “Yes” as they have not got a clue, or just want to actually do something useful. And once the question has been answered, then what next?
And MS can now say “not out fault – we let users decide”….
