as reagrds the old BT building there’s a funny story involved there. THe guy who owns it was fighting the council for years to get it regenerated and eventually got permission last year and if you read the signs when you go past you will notice “no thanks to Leicester Regeneration” on them!
they are trying at least, the redevelopmentsw look okish (the Mercury buildings are getting revamped and the new shires development might be ok, although they seem to have knocked down St Peters lane car park and megabowl to build it, which I thought as quite odd. I don’t get the resistance to the idea, it was never a problem in BF’42 to have an evening just pissing around, why do people take the game so seriously? I mean some of the people who contribute towards the server would like this occasionaly, at the moment it is jsut set up for those who want serious gmaing every time they come on, and for the few of us that want to mess around we have to wait till the late evening when there aren’t enough people on the server or go onto another BF2 server where we have no control over. I just think some are being rather selfish regarding the server, ’tis all.
We have certain standards, although I have noticed a swing to the perverse since Pharty started to dream up the initiation rites!

You knoo why we have the no artying carrier rule turks, it’s to stop the continual artying and it can be well nigh impossible to get off the carrier with plane raping and arty raping. It’s kind of up to the admin to decide what is raping and as for that cowboy girl she was raping the base, I told her and her mates to stop and they came out with a load of abuse so I kicked them, when they came back on the server her argument was
