Just had a great game of… “rockets” with Cerby… basically we were both rocket men, on opposite teams, about 100 cyber meters away from each other… Basically we were trying to kill each other… took about 10 shots each, and it just so happend that he killed me, and I killed him at exactly the same time!!
Just thought it would be good fun to have a mass friendly game of rockets at some point. Gulf of Oman is a good map for it, as theres alot of space. If we had 16 rocketeers on each side, surrounding a supply crate – and see which team has the last man standing…
If we had a few people with fraps we could make a groovy video from it too!
I also think we should arrange a jeep racing game too… Perhaps we could have a community night to do this sort of thing – create a league too… bring some fun back in to this game!
Can we dress as Fairys, eat cakes and drink pop too :/

Even if the person you are shooting at is moving? Prove it!!
I don’t get the resistance to the idea, it was never a problem in BF’42 to have an evening just pissing around, why do people take the game so seriously? I mean some of the people who contribute towards the server would like this occasionaly, at the moment it is jsut set up for those who want serious gmaing every time they come on, and for the few of us that want to mess around we have to wait till the late evening when there aren’t enough people on the server or go onto another BF2 server where we have no control over. I just think some are being rather selfish regarding the server, ’tis all.
i’d give it a go! i’m registered with fraps so only need to d/l the latest version and i’m away……………
it would be great to make a vid……………pity we haven’t got the BF2 game recorder working on the server
And what ever happened to Battlefield TV ? whatever the heck that was!!
What’s your problem with Battle Recorder? I got it working on the mulitplay server I was running. Gimme a shout if you need a hand?

Had a good laff on the server today. Even better once I realised that the key to winning is to join up with on of the XDC squads and do my best to ensure Madmaxx is between me and the enemy. Works almost every time.
I will be up for doing some video editing type shenanigans once have finished uni for the summer… Will aquire myself some frappage and give it all a wirl…
So will have to be some time after the 17th of June.
