oi oi oi, evryone you told it too on TS and their wives/girlfriends were of a resounding conclusion that it is not a good joke, barely even a joke. And I’m not gay, but Max’s face is gay.
can I request you take a hammer and smash your mouse hand up a bit, especially at the trigger knuckle, just to give us a chance
the server is fine but as a demonstration of the waning interest in this game, for the first time since the beta I’ve been online and no one in my friends list is online, never mind playing.
go to http://www.pingtest.net and see if you have any packet loss, run the test a few times from a few different servers, if you get a load of packet loss, or high ping (over 50ms) or high jitter consistently or intermittently then it could be your connection playing up. do the same at http://www.speedtest.net to make sure you getting decent speeds(above 3mb is ok, depends on your normal speeds) Also make sure if you’re on a wireless network that it is passworded, could be the neighbour’s son using your connection to look at goat porn.
If your connection is faulty, restart the router/modemand try again, if it consistently plays up, contact your isp. If it’s not your connection then it could be a whole host of things, I can talk you through a few things on TS later on between the rugby matches
The worst thing is that people only seem to join TS after they have seen the server is full, and going to join a different server rather than checking on TS to see if other people are around and sticking around if they’re not, every night I get on to battlelog, see three or more people on three or more different servers AND NOT ONE OF THEM ON TS, so I have to join a server and tell them in text chat to join TS, which they often miss.
Get in, log onto battlelog, log onto TS, arrange a game on our server.
everyone has admin access if they want it but there are some things to check on the server settings if you change them
1) player round start should be set to 2 as should player round restart
2)server name should be chnaged from B2K to Vanilla or whatever (always include 2p start)
3)maps should be all vanilla OR all B2K, a mix will kick us of the quick join lists.
4) heck the other threads to see if I’ve missed anything, need help feel free to ask, I’m usually on TS
5) if I’m on TS with the mic muted, it usually means I’m watching tv in my room, shout me, if I hear you over the sound of franctic masturbation, i’ll grab a tissue and wipe up and get online, it might take me a couple of minutes to respond though….
loads of people having issues today, no one is one hte server (max was but not playing, bit of a weird opne tonight!
FFS I have put it too normal mode – no one joined, I have changed it to hardcore – no one joined, when it has been full is when it’s been on a) hardcore and b) more than 6 people join at the same time, sooo many times do I see people join and then leave because the server isn’t full, leaving about 5 or 6 of us to seed the server and we’re not always on together.
