can you not go into the BF folders and save the config profiles? That way should you need to do any reinstalls you can just copy the relevant config files over.

was always a medic on BF1942 and spec ops or sniper in the other games,loved the sneaking into the enemy base on BF2 to destroy their assets and pharty raining death down upon me once his guns were up and running.
Watching all the vids of the game is making me a tad jealous and nostalgic – really can’t get into BFBC2 on the xbox and haven’t even bothered getting BF3.
