WoW AH prices these days are ridicuulous though – back in 2005 (before the chinese fasrmers and when 100g was nigh on impossible to get!) stuff was dirt cheap, but because the moolah was hard to get it felt expensive. Now with chinese farmers i nthe mix, these prices have become insane ๐

ParticipantNot something you can really feel by looking at a shitty video – it’s the same as watching a sport, it’s a whole different league doing as opposed to spectating. If you notice though, for the price of your average shitty small car that goes 60mph in 12 secs a bike can do 160 in the same amount of time. Then for those big bucks supercars, the exact same bike can do 0-60 in the same time or better in most cases…. plus cars can’t really do wheelies ๐

I’m a big Adam Sandler fan and I looked forwards to watching this. It is a good film in it’s own right, but for anyone following his career his whole style is just getting old.

If you’ve followed his movies and those he produced via happy madison, due to unoriginality 5/10

ParticipantI use a Saitek X52 cost me รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ90 too … but I wish I still had a Microsoft Sidewinder 2 Force Feedback – best stick… ever and I got it for รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ0. Built to last forever, have a nice sturdy feel to them and the force feedback is nice too… I didn’t like having to use an extra plug for the force feedback, but the stick wtfpwns. X52 has no force feedback and you have to have the throttle control plugged in which takes up more desk space, but it is handy for the clock…. atleast ๐ The stopwatch came in handy for helping me get badges on 2142 when i was hunting them, because I knew exactly how long I had been in the round so I knew if I was going to get the badge or not.

Yes but I’ve had to lay down for a while, not too well today and they have been coming pretty thick, fast oh and thick…. Like note when I said about planning ahead and changing positions and doing the checks then Insane the muppet (no offence, I’ll fag you up the bum whenever you want you big ghey!) a post or 2 later linked to a lot of what I had said already. Yes. Unless the human brain is having some fucked up unnatural chemical reaction or a mongrol to start with, the time for average joe to react then the effect to start is roughly 2 seconds. It’s 2 seconds when people are going slow, but it’s also 2 seconds when you’re going fast – stopping distances change yes, but noone says you have to keep the power on all the time? Before you start saying ooh ooh but there is only 2 seconds and you have covered more distance by that point, that’s the whole point of planning ahead, riding along roads you know where things are and what time they’re likely to be there.. oh and throttle control/awareness/engine braking (weight and uber brakes?) and not sustaining 120mph at each and every point where possible – I average 40-60 most of the time and only go much more than that when I choose to. I don’t overtake when I can’t see what’s going on (vans, lorries, buses..) but I do overtake on some bends, but only If I know I can make it past the slow pokes and have a clear view ahead – if there are bushes and shit obscuring the view or the big vehicles I don’t bother. Infact just the other day I had came over a nice road with lots of bends and it’s easy to get into the red in top gear on the straights, after that you come to a 30mph zone. I was trailing a van, looied like a POS and it was 11 years old, but because I couldn’t see ahead if I had room I didn’t overtake, then we I did see ahead there was a long ass line of cars and no 2 second gap or more to fit in, but some guy behind me on a bike followed me for a few miles and when I got to my junction to turn (and I didn’t filter through the traffic at the lights) he was beeping at me to get out of his way. I do it when I’m ready and I choose to, not because I have to. Not every biker is a wanker, but the majority are more aware and in more control than the average car driver.
If I had done any of that shit @ 120mph (60 on some) around the bends, then I would be dead. Not because I may or may not see something is coming, but because I’m not really confident I could go that fast without losing control – speed doesn’t inherently fuck up the control despite the side effects, but not every corner can be taken flat out even if ful lview because it was just not physically possible. To be aware you need to know that it isn’t going to happen even if you’re Nigel Mansell and the effect of that is you’re in control – because you know when to back off. The average meathead doesn’t know when to back off at 30mph let alone 300, hence it is not the speed that is dangerous it is the morn having little to no awareness or control.
That guy overtaking on the screensshot – he is only doing 55mph, but he is doing it around a bend, possibly in an area which looks like it could even be a 40mph or national limit area. Do you think he knows if there is oncoming traffic around that bend, what with those bushes and shit in the way?? Do you think he has neough speed to even overtake those cars and get to a gap infront? Wait, the moron doesn’t even have any space to overtake in to… so yeah… that guy got his just deserts, despite being a biker he was taking risks with his positioning and actions more than his speed and people like that do need to be pulled. I’m not saying that all bikers are guaranteed not to be tossers, I’ve even see meathead bikers need an alarm to tell them to stop indicating and not do any of their checks regardless of speed. They just turned a corner FFS how can they not know they just indicated to do that??
As for people on a pavement or even cars on the road, when you’re overtaking you’re fast & parallel, so unless there was a MAJOR change in speed/direction/awareness then what is going to happen? Not a lot, because the people are on the pavement and the roads and they ain’t doing shit. If there was a miracle circumstance then you would have been plannign ahead anyway and actually aware and in control to better deal with it. Maybe the odd driver may get surprised, but if they looked at the mirrors at each POSSIBLE change of speed (slowign down/stoping from lights, people crossing etc.) regardless of whether you’re actually changing speed or direction or not, then they would have never kekked their pants in the first place – infact in future they may even keep more of an eye of for crassy ass bitches on bikes. We don’t come from nowhere, always somewhere, so that shit doesn’t wash. Even more which doesn’t wash as it seemed as if it was implied that bikers or even myself would have been that much of a mong… erm… no…. hence I have to stand up for myself, other bikers and my own theories. If you noticed I never washed all drivers with the same brush, I just mentioned the majority… so there is no need to bring that shit around me when you don’t even know what I do or how I do it.
Do you know how many wankers actually want to race at the lights, demand wheelies or even crawl right up your arse simply because you’re on a bike? I don’t either, but it’s a hell of a lot, not all from young mongrols either…. I smoke them each and every time it’s safe for me to do so; on the lights I do it’s on a long ass main road with bugger all junctions or bends any time soon and the people are not in the middle of the road…
All this mentioning of talking shit without any other responses besides people talking shit, well that’s a typical respose from people on their high horses who have never actually done any of this at all and won’t because they believe they have ‘moral fibre’ or propaganda. As such, you can’t really tell the difference between someone who does it and is a wanker and those that do it because they choose to (when they fell it’s safe) – next time when it happens distinguish whether visibility is good regardless of bends and space for bikers to overtake/filter both to the side and infront before you start calling it dangerous without actually having any valid reasons why.
People in the area are not valid on pavements unless the bike is going to have a small chance of hitting them because of loss of control or because people crossed and the biker was also a mongrol (but ona bike) with sod all awareness/control/planning. Whatever building is nearby is irrelevant unless it’s at a time when those people are in the middle of the road. Even then I may do it, but not as fast, But I’m always scanning the road ahead and behind so I can avoid any such incidents….
As for why I mentioned drugs and warez in comparison to speed, they can be dangerous in a lot more ways to other people than speed, yet many of you do them regardless because the consequences to everyone else are blocked by your own selfishness and ignorance. Ooh yeah lets get high because we have a job so we didn’t steal from people to buy the shit… yeah and the bagheads that mug people and kill people for pocket change are not you’re problem… despite you being customers keeping the tossers in business who also sell to the bagheads. You also don’t consider the effects of people going out of business or losing their jobs because the tossers of bosses want big fat profits and the tossers who are downloading all their shit or buying it off pirates wouldn’t give them a fair price for al ltheir work. Wouldn’t it be dangerous if someone went postal because they worked their tits off and you kept robbing them blind? What if they started to give up on life and started tearing up their roads for their entertainmenbut they lacked awareness/conrolt? What if they did some funky shit and got locked up then raped in the ass in prison or even killed because they didn’t fit in with the ‘wiggers’ as an effect of your own self richeousness? It’s really hard to see the effects your actions in those scenarios being on your high horses, but provided you’re alert and in control on the roads then really wtf is the problem??

For all the techies who have employed IT graduates… did you not find them worse than employing someone who has time served in the field? I know graduates who can’t even build a computer and don’t even know the difference between a workgroup or a domain. Sure they learn lots of useless theory that most people pick up anyway, but they have fuck all experience of actually doing what they’re talking about. In the same way, y’all have the theory that driving driving like a twat in a built up area is wrong (with no proof whatsoever) but you have fuck all experience to confirm or bitch slap your theories…. I have experience and I say otherwise, speed is not dangerous, it’s the lack of awarenessand/or control =/ Speed just multiplies the effects of lack of awareness and control, so for the majority speeding is bad. But then why should people who have awareness and control have to suffer because of the mongrol majority? Comparing it to jumping off a cliff and shooting in the head is just childish….

All it takes is 1 ignorant fool to not understand what someone is saying, then that engineer loses his desire and doesn’t build shit. Where would that leave us if everyone was assholes in WW2?
