ParticipantNice film this.
Does well on the feel good factor and is a nice film to kill a couple of hours.
Adam Sandler does a good job and theres a funny turn in by David Hassaloff aswell. But the film is totaly stolen by Christopher Walken who pops up throughout the film and steals the show everytime he does.Once again nice little film, a little bit predictable but hey, wo cares!!
8/10 😀

ParticipantMm
I’m a big Adam Sandler fan and I looked forwards to watching this. It is a good film in it’s own right, but for anyone following his career his whole style is just getting old.
If you’ve never watched most of his films/produced films: 8/10
If you’ve followed his movies and those he produced via happy madison, due to unoriginality 5/10

ParticipantDidnt really like it too much TBH as Morgan said ‘predictable’, it reminded me off Bruce Almighty a bit ‘a loser gets some kinda power which is all good fun to start with… but oh oh there are consequences, learns valuable lesson about life, dont take your nearest and dearest fot granted etc., sugary slushy ending’ 🙄
Bruce Almighty did it better IMHO!
4/10
Christopher Walken who pops up throughout the film and steals the show everytime he does.
Gotta agree with that tho!

ParticipantYeah. This was more of an Adam Sandler ‘chick flick’, that a full on comedy like Happy Gilmore, Big Daddy or The Water Boy, but was still pretty good.
Nice idea with the remote that controls your life (although tbh whoever programmed it was a twat).
If your GF won’t watch Adam Sandler films, watch this one and 50 First Dates and then she’ll be hooked, but not one of his best.

ParticipantI like Adam Sandler. Vic refuses to watch any of his films. He even insists that Ben Stiller and Adam Sandler are the same person. anyway, i took the kids to see this one when it was on in the local picturehouse, and it was great. Lots of belly laughs, and then the wee sad bit at the end. After watching this I decided to spend more quality time with my kids, but then the lights went on, I looked at my 14 year old and decided things are just great the way they are lol
