All I’m saying is I do not think it is in the public’s interest to see these people prosecuted. Shit, They’ll probably get super light sentences anyway. A waste of taxpayers money. The law IS there for a reason however in this case I feel there are more pressing issues to worry about in the UK.

Went to the garage to collect my car and they’ve made a complete balls up of the repairs 😥
Boot won’t shut properly. Different size gaps on either side of the bumper. A bit of the bumper missing FFS 👿
Wiring loom trailing across the boot floor instead of through the rear quarter. Sat nav laying in the boot not connected.
Fookin mechanics had a strop out when I showed the problems so the manager had to take em away and explain it was not wise to get the hump with the customer! (think they were polish)
Manager started saying it was the Toyota parts that were the problem until I explained that I have City & Guilds qualifications in both vehicle mechanics and welding and I wasn’t swallowing his bullshit
Left it in the hands of the insurer. I fookin knew I should ave took it to the main dealer

And to top it all off the hire car people have said that I have to return the hire vehicle as it’s now the responsibilty of the garage to provide a car. They haven’t got one !
