I had to do Latin too, but at least could drop it before O-Level.
While it is one of those subject that while at school you just can’t see the point of it. But in real grown-up adult life it actually becomes quite useful in understanding words and phrases that may otherwise be somewhat obscure,
I’m damned if I can think of any good examples, but I know there has been times when I have thought “I understand, that derives from the Latin X, hence this word Y”…..or some such bollocks.
But for all their cleverness, the Romans had one bloody long-winded numbering system. A big “yay!” for the Arab system we use instead….
Can we add a link to the Forum header that goes to the main homepage? I may look at it more then – currently once I get into the forums that is pretty much where I stay.

Personally – and no disrespect to our US XDC’ers – I dislike the “List of Faggots” as it sounds too American.

If you can’t kick the ammo-resupply padders (e.g. not on our server or no admin tool available to you at that point), just shoot the ammo boxes.
I was on a server earlier and noticed a few people doing the ammo-resupply thing in the Titans. It pissed me off so much that that I just shot the ammo boxes until they got destroyed, which pissed said padders off immensely – even to the extent I got TK’d a bit.
Was this wrong of me?
You wouldn’t want Pharty’s rig anyway. Have you heard how long it takes to optimise the shaders in 2142 ? 😛

On the upside, you can hope that the drugs these bastards end up buying with the proceeds of the theft ends up killing them, or at least reduces them to a gibbering heap in an alley somewhere.
