ah well back to the basic t1 tanks and the slow grind to better ones. is there any realy difference to each of the nations trees or is it simply personal preference? it used to be just russian and german when i was playing so you can tell its been a while since i last played!
Most lines have different styles. The russian heavy line is good to learn the game. Russian meds are well balanced and fun to play, their tds are also great. I can also reccomend us heavies, meds and autoloaders. French heavies and meds, german tds and the e100 german heavyvline. Oh, the brittish meds too. The us turreted tds are brilliant up to hellcat…
I need to play less
I played it for a bit. Graphics are cool and they have a few nice features such as objectives during battles like bombing hround targets.
The xp/progression mechanics are identical to wot appart from the fact the grinds are longer. If i didnt already play wot and wot didnt exist i may have played it but i far prefer wot.
It varies from game to game. Some games, such as bf3/bf4 scale very well with sli where goubcould have ur framrates double. Others you may only see a 20% rise.

The overclocked cpu’s are clocked up from 3.2ghz to 4.2ghz, would that give me noticeable gains? I imagine that having nigh on an extra 1ghz of cycles would help with certain tasks though not sure about gaming.

that oc does make a big difference, some games will make more of it than others but you do notice the difference

I agree that at this stage, you dont have that much need for 16gb but in 3 years time, you will likely find thatvyou can make better use of the extra ram than u can a blue ray player. But no significant gains just now.
Ssd wise, i read good things about the samsung 840 series and the intel series you selected. It came down to price for me and the samsung drive was cheaper. It set up no problem and is super fast. I dont have intel drive to compare to and im sure synthetic benchmarks mean nothing in real life so id just go with whatever is cheaper.

Looks good overall, just a few comments.
The new haswell cpus have mostly focussed on power saving for mobile platforms and integrated graphics, neither of which you need. If u can get a similarly overclocked ivybridg setup (3570k) for 15-20% cheaper, that would be a good trade.
Good choice on graphics card as i said, good quality power supply too.
You could also save money onnot getting a blue ray player unless you specifically want to watch blue ray movies as physical media is not really needed for a pc these days other than to simplify os installation.
Nice case too.
All in all, a fine build, could shave a few pounds here and there, maybe put it towards a pre overclocked graphics card or 16gb ram or something.
Ill have a good look tomorrow. 770gtx is the card i would opt for right now though, unless u can dob780
