ParticipantOh dear.
Oh dear oh dear.
I’ve just placed an order for Battlefield Bad Company 2.
What I need advice on (probably from Doc) is how much anger and frustration can a relatively fit 38 year old man take before he either has a heart attack or a stroke, because I think there’s a strong chance that may happen when I play it.
I said I’d buy a copy if Pharty brought one, so technically he’ll be responsible for my family if I die playing it.

ParticipantYou won’t be dissappointed Wolf!

ParticipantFinally finished this massive story yesterday. Blimey what a good read?
However, as a short man, I often find that my inherent need for cruelty to be inflicted on ‘wrong uns’ (a legal term for unpleasant people) is rarely sated by what I see, read, hear or am capable of carrying out with my diminutive body, having to rely solely on my depraved imagination. So whilst an awesome read, I’d have liked a few of the villains to have got a ruddy good punch up the bottom. With a cricket bat.
But definitely worth the time I spent reading it, and to be honest I didn’t want it to end.
Still gets a 9/10. It would have got a 10/10 if the 1930’s throwback had been given a bloody good hiding.

ParticipantAustralian ninjas?
I thought it was medically proven that Australians lack the genes to be quiet long enough to use stealth. That’s why they got caught and shipped off to a prison colony.

ParticipantLady Gaga is one of those women at school who would have too much of a fringe and carry a teddy with her everywhere, even though she was 16. They loved people thinking they were weird as it validated their ‘kookiness’, as if proving they were individuals rather than ‘clones’ like the rest of us.
Should you ever meet Lady Gaga, your best bet would be to treat her as if she’s completely normal, and if your in the presence of John Major, pretend that he’s like some weird guy who’s bucking trends and living on the edge.
“Alright Gaga? We’re gonna grab something to eat at the local Harvester and then go to the disco at the Lambs Head, so you might want to wear something a bit more eye-catching and sparkly. No. You look lovely as is, but I’m just saying incase you wanna pull. Woah! It’s John Major! Jeeze that guy is totally out there! Just look at his shirt and tie! He just doesn’t care how others percieve him! What a visionary? Why you crying Gaga?”

ParticipantCheers chaps, there’ll be more to come when I can over the next few months. And don’t worry, Rufus the crack-addict-koala hasn’t been forgotten.
I’d love SOIA to do a blog or something, that’d be awesome.

ParticipantI would have thought that Sven Hassel was a bit too much of a liberal for you Pharty! And I’ve PM’ed you.

ParticipantAs Hamilton drove away from the circuit to his team’s hotel, police constable Scott Woodford said his rear wheels were skidding as he accelerated.
The Formula 1 racing driver, who was arrested on Friday, is expected to be charged with improper use of a vehicle.
Surely wheel-spinning is correct use of a car. I could imagine if Hamilton had tried to administer colonic irrigation to his wife, by ramming an Austin Allegro up her backside, then he could rightly be accused of ‘improper use of a vehicle’, but I think those Aussies are just bitter.

If I was Lewis Hamilton I’d sack my PR guy. Here’s what he should have said:

“What I did was silly, and… Oh who am I kidding I’m Lewis Fucking Hamilton. That’s right I’m a world champion racing car driver, not some pleb who drives a 1998 Honda Civic. The only thing I’m guilty of is being awesome and that’ll be a law that’ll only effect 0.00001% of the Australian population. So what I’m saying is don’t try driving fast, because let’s face it, you’re not me.”

ParticipantWelcome.
If Pharty shows up he’ll be pleased you’re here. I think he’s Scottish as well.

ParticipantDon’t listen to Insane. He’s a HUGE fan of ATOS.
Welcome to XDC.

ParticipantIf you lived next to Fred West there’s a slim chance that could have happened for real.

ParticipantToo be honest, with ideas like that SOIA should be a movie producer.
XDCNeonSamurai
ParticipantHmm…
I believe I shall be watching this movie at the cinema.
XDCNeonSamurai
ParticipantI like it.

ParticipantI shall reiterate my previous comment:
