i am still playing this a lot.
played a few hours last night with Bakura Vampire. i find that it is best played with people you know especially in versus mode.
god i love versus mode, its brilliantly simple amusement.
first thing, welcome to the wonderful wrold of eve!
secondly, when you are in game join channel “jsd bar” to join a channel on the left hand side there are the icons, select the one which has pictures of two people, a bit like the msn icon. this opens up a new window, in that new window select join channel and in the text box just type jsd bar.
as for information, that thread that was linked is a good place to start. as max said a good starting player corp is eve university and you will learn more with them than you will in a npc corp.
once you are in jsd bar just ask any questions in there and someone will be able to help, and dont worry about asking silly question as after almost 6 years of playing i ask silly questions about parts of the game that i have little experience with.
im waiting on my copy of BF:BC from a mate so once i have it i will look into all the extra game modes that you have to pay for….. paying for game modes whats that all about?
Judge, for 1942 i seem to remember that you need to manually ad the resolution to the config file, its been so long since i have had to do it but i do remember something like that having to be done
if you are planning on getting satelits/cable tv then i would suggest either sky or virgin. Sky do a package that doesnt have a download limit and its not judged by a fair use policy either
i have been flying with wizzy for over 5 years and he still doesnt trust me :p
always treat everyone in 0.0 as hostile unless they are in your corporation (player not NPC) or alliance. if you suspect someone is going to attack you, either run or open fire first.
