you wont be able to play on tuesday mornings. its because the EA server maintenance goes on for about 2 hours and is stateside. so between 10-12 am usually you wont be able to login to play 2142.
its written in the manual and there is nothing that can be done about it 🙁
you get it after 50 knife kills, but they have to be 50 different soldiers. so killing one guy 50 times only counts as once

Also, what rifle were you using? That is good shooting at a 1000 yards
Your grouping is not bad, but you pulled number 4, was it wind or tension??

and i hope it was done properly with iron sights and not telescopic jobbies :p
either way it is very nice shooting. thats a pretty impressive group from 1000 yards

yeah. from the aircraft hangar at the back there are 2 doors on either side of the hangar bay. press the enter vehicle key to get in then right click and woosh, you pod huge distances in them – easily enough to go from one silo to another and its quick
best tactic is to centralise the titan. place it so that its fairly equidistant to all silos. this way you have a permanant central spawn point, the ability to bombard the silos and the titan has an escape pod system that can allow you to pod out to decent distances quickly.
the time it takes to re-align the silos is always the same so no advantage is gained by having the titan further away.
if you are losing or it looks like your shields will go down first then move it to the back of the field as it slows up the enemy from boarding it
