Anyone else play this game, I played it back in the day and really liked it, going to donwload it again and use the free trial.
Just a little to slow for me.
I like it but for the amount of fun i had does not warrant the monthly cost.
I have a fairly well established character in it and tend to play it on and off. as it can be very very good, but it can also be a bit slow sometimes too.
I would love to kill someone in eve lol.
I came very close once in Empire when i was flying my Amarian Omen cruiser and i came across this interceptor that was by itself.
So I thought that looks easy and proceeded to try and blast it to bits with my lasers!
I had him down to half hull strength and 6 of his mates jump in and open fire on me. this guy manages to get away before i got him and in the mayhem and I ended up in my pod with my ship destroyed!

Always worth a try max, hippo mentioned you were interested last night and I thought you wouldn’t really be patient enough for it, knowing your bf style of play….although having said that, I play gung ho in bf as well and I quite like eve now.
First couple of times I tried eve I really wasn’t a big fan, mainly because I was stuck with mining pacifist type cunts (not you of course mugs ;)) but somethings always got me giving it another go. This time round I’ve managed to hook up with hippo and get a proper taste of player vs player fighting, and I’m impressed. Not had anything get my heart rate going like this since my rogue spear playing days.
Oh and one other thing, if you had a character when trying it before, you may still be able to reactivate it and avoid starting from scratch.

Does anyone esle suffer frequant disconnects when playing EVE Online. I seem to loose my whole adsl connection, then it comes back after a few mins.
nope no problems at all on eve. hell i used to play on 56k connection. its very good connection wise.
I supposec you think Enemy Terrorary: Quake Wars is going to be gay also Insane? hehe
I am also looking forward to Defcon coming out. and blasting u to bits in the office mode 😛

corp name is JOSTDA Enterprises and we are in RISE. RISE just formed and is an amalgamation of NORAD and Fountain Alliance
