whilst we’re on with HL2, with the next episode ( EP2) you get 2 free games, 1 being the long awaited TF2. i’ve seen a few screenshots and, to me, it looks a bit cartoony to the point of it looking a bit like the Incredibles movie, but i’m sure it’ll be worth a play.

I’m all set for an ACS on this guy, i think he’s online, so i doubt we’ll get that fleet, although i’d LOVE to have a crack at it.
yeah, i was tempted to go during my younger years, but i was always put off by the fact it was nailed on i couldn’t trust mehself not to twat one of the pre-pubescent wankers when i’d had a few too many. ๐
i can’t even install ’42 onto this rig, i get 10% into the install and it comes up with an incorrect media error. No matter what i do, i still getthe same error message ๐
Nice job means i can actually save, admittedly it did go onto the card, but only coz it’s just the easiet way to pay, plus you get some kind of insurance.
i’m seriously impressed with the set, i had a dodgy version of A HIstory Of Violence and thought it might be a good film to christen it with, i bought some spangly new รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ50 THX component leads for my DVD recorder, sat down to watch it and loved the 1st hour of the movie, then it started giving dodgeh artifacts………….fucking crap copies of movies.
To say i’m gutted is an understatment. Screw the newsgroups, they’re only good for hamster pr0n and episodes of Lost. ๐ฟ
Just got in from doing my work stint to Wales, and back to the wife and kid and new brand new baby, the plasma. I set it up at 4am this morning, waking the missus trying to lift the beast onto my existing stand, who’d have thunk they weigh so much.
Anyhow, i can’t wait to test HD. I have telewest HD being installed next Thursday, but is there anyway i can test HD out now, i take it i can hook up the PC and play my downloaded stuff from the newsgroups? The telly does have a SD card reader on it and plays Mpeg4 files, but is Mpeg4 HD?
any other easier suggestions for getting HD to play on the set?
