And no dedicated servers – no reason any PC game should be restricted like this.

I think you guys might have been raided. I logged on just now to see what the server was like this late and there was a guy on there called cookiemonster boasting that he’d raided the biggest clan on the server, looting a shit load of guns etc. He described a base that was a 6×6 tower like an hour glass which is now a very broken hour glass, and it was between two radtowns or something. Sounded like Jonny’s but no doubt you guys have a few bases around. He also said he was watching you all for about 4 hours today stalking and checking where you go and where you go back to, and it sounds like he’s holding a grudge for being told “no hard feelings” when he was shot the other day. He called the clan 64sh though, so it could be a base belonging to one of the other guys from ts rather than jonny’s though. My wee shack is still in one piece for now.
Aye cheers, I didn’t know the beeps could be used to pinpoint a problem, although in this case there were none at all.
It was just not doing anything. The lights were coming on, as were the fans, and I could hear the HD’s power up, but the usual beeps on startup didn’t happen and nothing appeared on screen.
Last time it happened it fixed itself, this time I tried reseating the RAM, and that worked. Hope it was just a loose connection and not something on it’s way out.
This is happening again, so i’ll be patient and stare at it for a while but does anyone have an idea what might be going on?
Incase you don’t get my steam message, sorry i wasn’t about this evening but I was out for post exam drinks and had to make sure i got fucked. Thanks for the formula, i’ll have a wee play around with that tomorrow to see what I get, but I as my method was a little more simplistic (when drawing the wave) perhaps you could confirm it’s validity. If I draw a line from the x axis to the wave front above the axis (i’m may be making up terms here, hope it makes sense), and draw another to the wave front below the axis, measure both and give the measurement below the axis a minus; is the resultant wave the sum of both at any given point?

Welcome Davey, and sorry for the registration problems. We’ve had some trouble with bots registering recently. Hopefully get to meet you if and when I get bf4, but I’ve not been able to drag myself away from PS2 and eve, plus I’ve still not really given Dayz much of a go. Feel free to pop on TS and join us on any other games though 🙂
I voted yes because there was a button to click on and I couldn’t resist, but I still don’t know whether I’ll ever bother with actually getting this.
