The patch went on after about half an hour after my last post!!! 😯 😯
Just come back from shooting with the kids and feel alot better.
Shooting the crap out of a target that look like small happy rodents was nice and relaxing I can tell you!! 😀 😀 😀DAY 2 : Well over 24hrs now without a ciggie. Havnt even put a patch on today. havnt got the need for one. Yesterday there was 3 times throughout the day where I could have killed for one. But they were at times when I always have one, after dinner, just before bed etc etc…….
Im keeping myself busy, and its going a lot easier than I thought. 😀 😀
Well its going well. Had my last ciggie at 8.45 this morning, and so far so good.
You may think thats not long but for those of you who have smoked long enough, 7 hours without a single ciggie is a achievment!! This day has been 20 years in the making and I aint gonna waste it!!!Plus Sharon has said if I last six months I can buy myself a PS3!!!

Hey Doc, not having a go at the staff at the hospital just the system. When I did get seen they, the staff, were great. Its just if we are suposed to have one of the best medical systems in the world then why do people have to wait over six hours for something that takes less than half an hour to sort out?
Its not the staff is it, they just try to do thier job as best they can, and do a fine job at that. Its the bloody cut backs made by our great goverment that screw it up for them.

note : it is really for my boy not for me at all….. really……. not for me……. noWhen I finished doing up my kitchen my dog decided it would be a nice touch to piss all over the place!!! I managed to break a broom and dust pan in the process of cleaning it up.
Damm that dog can move fast when she wants too!! 😀
