Participant… any suggestions on the best one? Just upgraded my NTL (spits on floor) account from 1MB to 4MB.
I’m using ABC at the minute coz ive been told its the best for newbies, but i think i can step up to a better one now ive got the hang of it!Theres so many to choose from!!
All help appreciated! 🙂

ParticipantI use Azureus, it’s a bandwith hog, so only have it on overnight/when you’re at work, but apart from that it’s the best IMHO.

I use this too, and the wolf man is right – absolutely munches your bandwidth… Do they all do that though? Ive only ever used Azureus… gotta love bit torrnet in roxors

Participant.. so what makes one better than another? I’ve only used ABC (or YABC, Yet Another Bit torrent Client)
Dont you just DL torrent, client tells you DL speed + ETA, also tells you your upload speed… what else?
Sorry for stupid questions but i gots to know!!!

ParticipantI used to use Azureus but for some reason it maxed out my CPU whenever it was running…. poor Java implementation I think. I now use Bitcomet:
but only because it supports uPNP, which means you never have to worry about opening ports or anything as long as your router supports uPNP as well.
I also use http://www.torrentspy.com for my searching.
