    not often i can pwn the maxster, but suck on my 10Mb pipe, 1048k/sec from gignews. 8)

    ive got 4mb here … but the uni one is fucking fast – I downloaded the latest patch in just over a minute on it 🙂

    manslaughter, is that NTL upgrading all the lines around here for free or are you paing for it? I live in hope!

    NTL are only upgrading for free if you are signed up to the 2mb line. I’m afraid the 1mb line gets nothing 😯

    They’re supposed to do it sometime in June… don’t know if it’s been done yet, I mean, it doesn’t feel any faster…..

    NTL??

    I’m sick of them – I’ve had nothing but problems for the past week and a half (I have 1 Meg speed) and it’s been off line more than online for me 👿

    But “It’s fit for purpose” when it decides to work that is. I don’t play much online games so 1Meg speed is ok for me 😛
    but wouldn’t mind getting a fast one 😉

    Since they now own telewest/blueyonder, theres not much you can do about them being poop if you want cable…

    Personally I havent had any probs with them.

    NTL Problem…
    Update on my connection…..

    The engineer came around today and come o the conclusion that there is a problem with cable in the area (as I was the 5th person with the same problem)….
