my lad has managed to get me a sponsored 30 man ventrilo server from Fubarservers.co.uk (a mention on our web page would be nice 😀 )
seems to be better quality than ts…please hop on and join to test and let other trusted dudes have the ip…

it will ask you to uninstall TS2 your version but all channels and passwords are saved as ventrilomix has TS2 and all 3 versions of vent built in

Can run Vent and TS2 at same time hehe i have plenty of times.
personally i prefer TS2 has better codex in my opinion, plus i guess its something i’ve used for many years now and really have gotten to like it 🙂
Also find (not that it matters much) TS2 is slower connection friendly too where as Vent seems to hog the connection a little more
We use Vent for the Dissidents as well. Vent does kick ass! Sound quality is so much better. To me, TS sounds like your talking from a closed telephone booth, underwater compared to Vent. 😀
x2 on what Voo said. You can run both at the same time…just remember to change your talk buttons to something different, LOL.

I just tried to connect and your running an older version. I have 2.3.0 and I don’t know if 2.1 will work with any 2.3 servers. I know 2.3 client wont let you connect to a 2.1 server. 🙁

dunno i prefer TS2 over Vent, normally i find Vent sounds alot worse even with the higher codex’s in use.
me too.. made dazzer sound like a woman though :/
