Anyone on it? If so i feel sorry for you if something goes wrong..

I went to a friends last night to set his up, they said it would be activated 3 days from last thursday when he received the Router.. no internet access last night so i called em.. tier one support did the usual “read of a card” malarky so i went along with it to make his feel like he knew what he was doing.. anyhoos after checking cables and resetting.. he came to the conclusion there was a more serious problem.. so he said he’d put me through to tier 3! BUT.. he admitted he would probably not get through but asked if i’d like to be put through, obviously I said yes.. oh theres one more thing.. he could only let it ring for 2MINS! after the 2 mins, he would have to leave it, give me a ticket and someone would contact me in the next few days!

    WHAT THE FOOK!

I’m so glad its not me or I’d be well fucked off.. FREE 4mb internet or not!

Has anyone who’s on Sky had to call for technical assistance yet?

    bad bad BAAAAAAAAD TOAD!!!

We tried to get sky broadband at the house but they kept saying there was a fault at the exchange and it was nothing to do with them. They then charged my housemates for tyhe priveledge of not hving an internet connection and tried to charge a cancellation fee. They are utter cocks.shocking support system apparently, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

    Let me get this straight:

You’re housemates (whom we all agree are utter cocks) tried to get Sky Broadband (a service supplied by an organisation who so far have come across as utter cocks).

When Insane’s mate Ryan Giggs tries to get Sky broadband and is given shoddy service, I think we can all agree that it is bad. Same reasoning applies with Mr Brown Senior. However, when cocks piss off other cocks I can only see that as a good thing.

So I would say that 66.6666% of the time Sky offer bad service, the remainder is the kind of service cocks deserve.
