    I am looking to get a flat screen TV for my flat , £700 tops , what would you recomend?
    I dont want to go too large as my flat is not huge , also want to take account of possible Xbox purchase .

    Just off to petanque league cup final !

    I’ve got 40″ Samsung Series 6, all Series 6’s are 100hz.
    Very happy with it, also Alun has got the same model as well and is happy.
    If you going down to 37″ or below look at the Panasonic’s as well as the Samsung’s, but I think 100hz is a must.

    I’m really happy with my Panasonic LCD. Really good make of TV’s.

    Depends on what you plan to watch, play etc?

    Plasmae is cracking these days, even for gaming, but it is esspecially good for SD viewing if you watch alot of SD…

    LCD’s are good, for gaming espesh, but lack the quality of SD viewing

    I would recommend the Panasonics, I dont have one but they are the 2nd best TV’s ont market and they have Freeview which have 2 x HD channels free, inc ITVHD for champions league 🙂

    Even the older none True HD sets are the shizzle
