Proof of time travel?

Anyone see this story on the BBC yesterday? More of a curiousity than proof, but if you’re bored and like these sort of things check it out.

The title is pretty eye catching, and obviously the guy is making use of this to promote his youtube channel and film company, but can you actually think of a better explanation? I’d like to know if it’s been verified as being genuine footage, since obviously it’s not going to be in everybody’s film collection, but I guess it must have been given the coverage the story’s getting.
